In a classic example of international "I know you are but what am I?" Iran, in retaliation of the US classifying part of their military as a terrorist organization, has passed a resolution classifying the CIA and US army as terrorist organizations.
"The parliament cited U.S. involvement in dropping nuclear bombs in Japan in the Second World War, using depleted uranium munitions in the Balkans, Afghanistan and Iraq, supporting the killings of Palestinians by Israel, bombing and killing Iraqi civilians, and torturing terror suspects in prisons."The aggressor U.S. army and the Central Intelligence Agency are terrorists and also nurture terror."
In more up-beat news, a researcher in Northern BC may have found a way to solve the economic woes from the pine beetle. He's found that pine-beetle infected wood, for some reason, mixes really well with concrete.
"What emerged were boards that looked like a cross between plywood and concrete. You can drive a nail into them without pre-drilling. You can cut them with regular working tools. They're water-resistant and stronger than many similar products on the market."
"The next step is talking to potential investors about setting up a plant in Prince George to manufacture {concrete}."
