You know you're ol when technologies begin to freak you right out. I heard about this today and it freaked me right out. It seems as though software engineers have managed to develop software that can not only write a novel which is half descent, but keep on self editing it to ensure it contains a lot of tension between the characters and plot development.
I remember the first 286 my parents bought. CD's were new at one point. iPods, blackberries, mobiles, and computers that can beat chess masters wer enot in the universe I gew up in. NOw I'm starting to get that feeling that one day technology will be so overwhelming that it'll make me feel subordinate to it.
