While in Houston B.C. planting trees I was doing laundry in a laundromat when I picked up a homemade magazine on a coffee table. It was a collection of articles on the shooting of a kid named Ian Bush. He was 22 and was shot by the RCMP under mysterious circumstances in 2005. It was obviously the laundromat of a friend or family member of the deceased.
I got back to Vancouver, did some research and published a story in the Tyee. They had a link posted to it on their front page today cause it seems the government has launched an inquest into the shooting of Bush.
